what can I sue him for exactly?
ok so this is what happened. me and my friend were in the mall just walking around we eventually made our way into sears & we were there for quite some time then eventually we left and sat down right in front of the store on the benches then about 5 mins later 3 people walk out and one of them introduces them self as the loss prevention manger so i'm thinking to myself "what the hell is going on" then he points to Badger 200 Airbrush my friend and told her to take the bracelets off... I didn't even know she stole them ! so I voluntarily gave him my purse & he asked me to put my phone in so I did no problem them we had to go into his office and we got searched. i clearly had nothing on me ! but he accused me of being a lookout when the tape clearly shows we were in different departments when the merchandise was taken so we both got arrested ! he looked through my text messages and spoke to me with a very accusatory attitude which I don't think was even legal. i had to pay a $200 fine to sears & the charge went to youth court; when it was time for my case they couldn't even put me on the stand because i clearly didn't do anything wrong. this loss prevention officer has a history of badgering people he detains and uses unscrupulous methods in his questioning. can I (my parents since i'm 17) sue him? and on what grounds
